Mônica Menezes

Monica brings her expertise in nonprofit compliance to CiSo's transparency module implementation and training. Previously, she served as Project Coordinator for the Center for Integration Raio de Sol (CIRAS) in Aracaju. She conducts workshops on Law 13.019—which gives CSOs the ability to partner with public entities—on behalf of the MROSC (Marco Regulatório das Organizações da Sociedade Civil) Sergipe Platform, a mechanism dedicated to increase CSOs' effectiveness. The MROSC sets out guidelines, in consultation with staekholders, for  third sector management. Since 2017, she's been a member of the MROSC Coordinating Committee and contributed to the creation of the State Decree related to the Regulatory Framework Law 13.019. She holds a degree in Social Work from the Federal University of Sergipe.
