IEMJE

The INSTITUTO EDUCACIONAL MENINO JESUS (IEMJE) was founded in 1993 in the city of Cabo de Santo Agostinho-PE, born from the dream of a young woman named Cleoneide Mendes with the purpose of fostering education and bringing it to places where inequality prevented it from reaching. The name "Menino Jesus" was a tribute to her mother, Antônia Mendes (in memoriam), as an expression of gratitude when the dream began to become a reality.
